Autocomplete Redesign

I found this company on People Per Hour that needed a desperate website redesign as they were unhappy with the previous Fiverr freelancer's design.
The company's goals, values, vision and product are quite unclear so I didn't have much to go off besides the fact they wanted a complete redesign.
The way I approached it was I wanted to make it feel more modern and friendly as the company offers human resource services which should be an inviting topic. I achieved this with an inviting pastel colour pallet, rounded buttons and rounded off other elements.
